A Resolution
Of The West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania, Adopting A Fraud Policy.
WHEREAS, the Authority has reviewed the existing policies
and has determined that it is necessary to adopt a policy addressing fraud
and other similar irregularities; and
WHEREAS, it has received recommendations from
Maher Duessel, its Auditor.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The policy covering fraud
and other similar irregularities attached to this Resolution and made part
hereof is hereby adopted.
2. The General Manager,
Solicitor and other proper officers are hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to promulgate such policy and take all other steps to implement said policy.
