RESOLUTION NO. 86-04

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ESTABLISHING

A FEE FOR TREATING SEWAGE HAULED INTO THE AUTHORITY TREATMENT AREA FROM OTHER MUNICIPALITIES.

 

 

            WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority from time to time accepts sewage hauled in from other communities; and

            WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority wishes to establish a fee for treatment and processing of said sewage;

            NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved as follows:

            1.         The West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority will accept sewage hauled into the Authority for processing from other communities and establishes the following rate:   $.07 per gallon.

            2.         The Authority will accept sewage hauled in from other communities subject to the conditions incorporated in pre-treatment Resolution 48-99, which is incorporated herein and attached as Exhibit “A”.

RESOLVED, this 4th day of November, 2004.
