RESOLUTION NO. 84-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY,
WHEREAS,
in order to equitably treat residential customers uniformly, the Authority will
amend its Rate Resolution to address residential development in excess of 200
units whose water consumption for billing purposes is measured on a single
water meter; and
WHEREAS,
customers with in excess of 200 units on a single water meter will be charged
the residential rate as if each unit was a single equivalent dwelling unit
(EDU).
NOW
THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. For residential customers in excess of
200 or more units on a single water meter, those individuals shall be charged
at the residential rate as if each unit was a
single equivalent dwelling unit (EDU).
2. The
remaining provisions of the Rate Resolution shall remain in effect.
3. Any Resolution or parts of Resolutions
that are contrary to or conflict with the provisions of this resolution are
hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Resolution full force and
effect.
