A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST
MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
AUTHORIZING BILLING ON THE BASIS OF 5,000 GALLONS OF WATER PER MONTH FOR
NON-METERED PROPERTIES IN THE AUTHORITY SERVICE AREA.
WHEREAS,
the Authority services a number of residential customers for which the
Authority lacks water consumption data; and
WHEREAS, on the basis of a review of historical
data, the Authority has concluded that an estimated water consumption of 5,000
gallons per month is appropriate for residential customers.
NOW
THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The
Authority is hereby authorized to calculate bills for past consumption on residential
customers for which it lacks data on the basis of 5,000 gallons per month
rounded up to the nearest 1,000 gallons.
2. Non-metered
shall include customers where the water consumption data is not available to
the Authority.
3. Any Resolution or parts of Resolutions that are contrary to or conflict with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Resolution full force and effect.
