RESOLUTION NO. 81-04

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ACCEPTING THE “GUENTHER PLAN” SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM FROM THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN.

 

          WHEREAS, the Borough of West Mifflin on October 21, 2003 approved Resolution No. 1078 formally turning over the Guenther sanitary sewer system to the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority; and

          WHEREAS, under the terms of said Resolution, the ownership of the Guenther sanitary sewer system is to be transferred to the Authority; and

WHEREAS, the Authority desires to accept said plan as well as the accompanying agreement with the Borough of Jefferson Hills to accept and treat the discharge from said system.

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and enacted by the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, as follows:

          1.       The Authority hereby accepts the Guenther sanitary sewer system from the Borough of West Mifflin including easements and rights-of-way, sewage transmission lines, sewer lines and all fixtures and other appurtenances, all agreements, leases, contracts, permits, documents and records related to the Guenther sanitary sewer system.
