RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY
COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES WITH RESPECT TO THE AUTHORITY’S
PRETREATMENT PROGRAM, PHOTOCOPYING AND OTHER MATTERS.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it
is hereby resolved as follows:
1.
The Board of Directors of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal
Authority hereby approves the attached fee schedule for pretreatment services
and permits.
2.
The Authority hereby establishes the copying fee as set forth on the
Attachment 1 for
the providing of copies of Authority documents.
3.
The Board hereby ratifies the imposition and collection of fees which
have been imposed through the date of this resolution.
