The purpose of the Concurring Resolution is to have on record
a statement confirming that the applicant has authorization to accept and
has designated an official to perform the required duties between the applicant
and 3 Rivers Wet Weather, Inc., and has assured, where applicable, the provisions
of non-federal matching funds. This
resolution is intended to serve as a guide and may be modified by the applicant’s
solicitor as deemed appropriate.
WHEREAS,
the Borough of Baldwin, Borough of Brentwood, Borough of Whitehall and the
West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority desires to obtain funds from
the 3 Rivers Wet Weather Demonstration Program in the amount of $501,105.00.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal
Authority does hereby designate Ann C. Scott, Borough Secretary, Borough of
Baldwin as the official to file all applications, documents, and forms between
the Boroughs of Baldwin, Brentwood, Whitehall and the West Mifflin Sanitary
Sewer Municipal Authority and 3 Rivers
Wet
Weather, Inc.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Boroughs of Baldwin, Brentwood, Whitehall, and
the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority assures, where applicable,
to provide all of the non-federal share of the total project costs.
