A RESOLUTION
OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY,
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
ALLEGHENY FOR GIS SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors
of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority deems it advisable
to approval a Geographic Data Release Agreement between the Allegheny County
Health Department and the Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the
Board to formally approve said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved
and it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority
Board hereby approves the attached Geographic Data Release Agreement.
2. The appropriate officers of
the Authority are authorized, empowered and directed to sign said Agreement
and to forward all necessary requests to the County of Allegheny.
