RESOLUTION NO. 44-99

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS WITH THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

 

 

 

            WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority is desirous of obtaining funds for the New England Road Sanitary Sewer Project in the amount of Ninety-One Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars ($91,305.00) from the  Department of Economic Development under the Federal Housing and Community Development Act, as amended.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:

            1.         That the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority does hereby formally request a grant from the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.

            2.         That the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority does hereby designate Rosemary Bradley, Executive Director – Twin Rivers Council of Governments, as the official to file all applications, documents and forms between the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority and the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.

            3.         That the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority will assure, where applicable, the provision of the full local share of the project cost. 

            RESOLVED this 1st day of July 1999.
