RESOLUTION NO.  35-98

 

BE IT RESOLVED, by the authority of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority of the Borough of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, and it is hereby resolved by authority of the same, that Madam Chairman of said authority be authorized and directed to sign the attached Agreement on its behalf and that the Administrative Manager be authorized and directed to attest the same.
