RESOLUTION NO. 30-98

WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY

AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS RESOLUTION

Be it RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority of Allegheny County hereby requests an Infrastructure Development Program Grant of $950,000 from the Department of community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and be used for the Noble Drive Service Area Sanitary Sewer Project.

Be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate Cynthia A. Sullivan, Madam Chairman, and Irene Parkinson, Administrative Manager, as the officials to execute all documents and agreements between the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant.

I, Michael Price Jr., duly qualified Secretary of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority Board of Directors at a regular meeting held February 5, 1998 and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority and remains in effect to this date.
