CONCURRING RESOLUTION
The
purpose of the Resolution form is to have on record a statement confirming that
the applicant has formally requested a grant, has designated an official to
perform the required duties between the applicant and the Department of
Economic Development, and has assured, where applicable, the provision of local
matching funds.
Resolution of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority of Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania authorizing the filing of an application for funds with the
Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.
WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer
Municipal Authority of
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania is desirous of obtaining funds from
the Department of Economic Development in the amount to $ 350,000.00 under the Federal Housing and Community Development Act as
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority does hereby formally request a grant form the Department of
Economic Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority designates Cynthia A Sullivan, Madam Chairman as the
official to file all applications, documents and forms between the West
Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority and the Allegheny County
Department of Economic Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin
Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority will assure, where applicable, the provision
of the full local share of the project costs.
