RESOLUTION  NO.  135-13

 

WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 19-97, 41-99 AND 85-04 BY REVISING FEES FOR DYE TESTING.

 

 

          WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, on June 5, 1997, adopted a Resolution establishing requirements for evidence of compliance with the laws and regulations controlling the introduction of storm water and surface water into the Authority’s sanitary sewer system prior to the sale of real estate within the Borough; and

 

WHEREAS, such evidence of compliance is required as a condition precedent to the issuance of Borough lien letters; and

 

WHEREAS, certain fees and procedures were established for securing said evidence of compliance; and

 

WHEREAS, the Authority desires to amend certain fee sections of Resolutions

19-97, 41-99, and 85-04 concerning the charges for dye testing.

 

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:

 

          1.           Paragraph 2 of Resolution 41-99 is amended as follows:

(a)        Residential:                  

 

$70.00 for dye test

            $25.00 for paperwork fee

            Total for Residential:         $95.00

         

OR

 

                                    $25.00 on the Authority form with certified plumbers’ receipt.

 

(b)     Commercial I:

                                   

$300.00 for dye test

$25.00 for paperwork fee

Total for Commercial I:  $325.00

 

OR

 

$25.00 on the Authority form with certified plumbers’ receipt

 

(c)        Commercial II:

 

            $550.00 for dye test

$  25.00 for paperwork fee

          Total for Commercial II:  $575.00

 

          OR

 

          $25.00 on the Authority form with certified plumbers’ receipt.

 

          2.       Effective Date.  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon enactment and approval.
