RESOLUTION NO. 128-10
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project – Phase 2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority hereby
request a “Community Infrastructure and Tourism Fund” Loan in the amount of $250,000.00 from Allegheny County Economic
Development to be used for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation Project – Phase 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority Board does hereby designate Richard
Babjak, Chairman and Rick
Manspeaker, Vice Chairman as the officials to execute all documents and
agreements between the West Mifflin
Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority and the Allegheny County Economic
Development to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested Loan.

Genes, duly qualified Secretary of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer
Municipal Authority, Allegheny County, PA, hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct copy of a
Resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer
Municipal Authority Board at their special meeting held on November 12, 2010
and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal
Authority and remains in effect as of this date.
