RESOLUTION NO 123-09

A RESOULTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY,

COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA
INDICATING INTEREST IN PARTICIPATING IN A JOINT FEASIBILITY
STUDY FOR THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATIVE CONSENT ORDER.

WHEREAS, The Streets Run Watershed is shared jointly by the West Mifflin Borough, Brentwood Borough, Whitehall Borough and Pleasant Hills Borough for sanitary sewer service via a jointly owned interceptor sewer;

WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority an Administrative Consent Order, which requires a feasibility study be prepared to address current sanitary sewer capacity and conveance;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, County of Allegheny, hereby requests to participate with the aforementioned municipalities in the development and submission of a joint feasibility study in complance with the Administrative Consent Order.

This resolution shall become effective on the 5 day of November, 2009.
