RESOLUTION NO 112-08

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TUBE CITY, LLC

 

            WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority (WMSSMA) has discovered that it has billed Tube City, LLC (Tube City) for water that was not treated at the WMSSMA sewage treatment facility; and

            WHEREAS, the WMSSMA and Tube City have agreed upon the terms of reimbursement of the amount billed to and paid by Tube City.

            NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved as follows:

            1.         The WMSSMA hereby authorizes the appropriate officers to enter into an Agreement with Tube City with respect to the terms of reimbursement of the amount billed to and paid by Tube City as referenced above.

            2.         Any Resolution or parts of Resolutions that are contrary to or conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Resolution full force and effect.

 

            RESOLVED, this 5th day of June, 2008.
