WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY

A RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA COMMENDING RICHARD HOWELL, OPERATOR FOR HIS 50 YEARS SERVICE TO THE AUTHORITY AND THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN.

WHEREAS, Richard Howell has served as an employee of the Authority since its inception on May 9, 1996 to the present; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Howell served as an employee of the Borough of West Mifflin prior to the creation of the Authority since October 9, 1957; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Howell combined 50 years of service are a milestone in his working career that he has dedicated to the citizens of the community where he resides, and

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is resolved as follows:

1. The Board of Directors of the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority officially recognizes Richard Howell and commends him for his exemplary service as a wastewater treatment plant operator and employee.

2. The Board officially extends its appreciation of Mr. Howell for his loyal and dedicated service to the citizens of the Borough of West Mifflin.
