RESOLUTION NO. 6-96
RESOLUTION OF THE WEST MIFFLIN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY ADOPTING THE PROVISIONS OF BOROUGH ORDINANCE 1012, AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1006 ENACTED FEBRUARY 1, 1994, WHICH AUTHORIZES AND DIRECTS THE PAYMENT OF CONNECTING FEES AND REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal
Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority’) adopted a Resolution
which adopted the provisions of West Mifflin Borough Ordinance No. 1012 and
amending West Mifflin Ordinance No. 1006.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1012 amended Ordinance No. 1006,
said Ordinance No. 1012 being adopted March 1, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED
as follows:
1. The Authority
hereby adopts and approves Ordinance No. 1012 with the same force and effect as though set forth
herein at length.
2. The Authority shall have all of the rights set forth in said Ordinance
No. 1012, which are reserved to the Borough of West Mifflin on and after the
date the system is transferred to the Authority. The proper officers of the
Authority are hereby authorized to execute the full text of the Resolution
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1012 set forth at length upon preparation.
