WEST
MIFFLLN SANITARY SEWER MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPAYMENT OF FUNDS TO THE
BOROUGH
OF WEST
WHEREAS,
the West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority (the “Authority”) and
the Borough of West Mifflin (the “Borough”) have held discussions relative
to the Borough’s payment of certain authority expenses following the transfers
of the sewer treatment system to the Authority; and
WHEREAS,
said payment will accommodate the Authority until cash flows of the Authority
permit it to pay its own expenses as debts are incurred.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1.
The Authority hereby authorizes repayment to the Borough of West Mifflin of
any funds expended on behalf of the Authority after the transfer of the system
when such expenditures are made at the Authority’s request.
2.
The Administrative Manager and Operations Manager are hereby directed to submit
to the Authority Board a list of any such expenditures requested to be made
on behalf of the Authority for formal approval.
