BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1006, ENACTED FEBRUARY 1, 1994, WHICH AUTHORIZES AND DIRECTS THE PAYMENT OF CONNECTING FEES IN REGULATION SANITARY SEWER LINES.

ORDINANCE NO. 1012

BE IT ORDAINED and ENACTED by Council of the Borough of West Mifflin, County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of same as follows:

SECTION 1. That SECTION 8 of Ordinance No. 1006, enacted February 1, 1994, is hereby amended to read as follows:

No storm water or water from roofs shall be permitted to enter the sanitary sewers, and no connection shall be made, no apparatus shall be connected which shall be intended for or shall render possible such storm water or roof water entry into the sanitary sewer lines.

SECTION 2. Any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, being the same is hereby repealed. The provisions of Ordinance No. 1006 as amended by Ordinance No. 1009 which are not affected by this Ordinance remain in full force and effect.
