Phase III of the Pretreatment Program at West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority will be commencing in the very near future. Phase III will include industrial and commercial discharges into West Mifflin Sanitary Sewer Mmunicipal Authority's treatment facilities, and this phase will regulate any abnormal discharges of petroleum, cleaning solvents, or metal products such as chromium, copper, lead, nickle, zinc, and cadmium.

The parameters will be set up with the cooperation of representatives from the D.E.P.through the Operation Outreach Program.
